Electrical Safety Checks
Why do I need an Electrical Safety Check?
We’re here to help you keep your property safe and give you peace of mind. Every two years, you’ll need to arrange an electrical safety for your property.
It is important to note that the Residential Tenancies Regulations 2021 require an electrical safety check of all electrical installations and fittings in the property. This is in accordance with Section 4 of Australian Standards AS/NZS 3019, which cover the periodic verification of electrical installations.
Safely operating electrical installations can make all the difference in preventing serious harm to your tenants and your property.
